Director of Bond Planning, Peter Bond, has more than 13 years of experience of County Matter planning at a large County Council where he was been responsible for the determination of major mineral, waste and educational developments, including ROMP, IDO and incineration applications.  During this time Peter has also collaborated with private sector consultancies to provide and submit planning applications and supporting statements for numerous major waste and mineral operators throughout England.   Peter has been a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2007.
